As a Chairman of Modality Systems’ Board of Directors since mid-2010, Simon provides invaluable executive guidance drawn from his wealth of knowledge in business coaching and leadership training, as well as his considerable computer industry experience.

A seasoned executive, Simon held various roles during his 17-year career at Microsoft including Director of the UK Enterprise Sales Group, General Manager of Microsoft Sweden, and most recently as Vice President of the Worldwide Developer and Platform Division. As a firm proponent of equality in team-building, Simon became the Executive Sponsor for Diversity in Microsoft’s EMEA region. Prior to Microsoft, Simon worked at IBM for 10 years in both technical and sales roles.

Simon is also a consummate mentor and business coach. He is a graduate of both Meyler Campbell’s renowned Business Coach Program, accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), and Meyler Campbell’s Psychology for Coaches program.
